The staff is always welcoming and they sent up a small gift to thank me for returning. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly. I appreciate this personal touch during my stay.

I had issues with the breakfast included in my reservation. The staff provided unclear information, which was frustrating. During my visit, the room I stayed in felt a bit outdated and dusty at times.

The room was clean and I loved the courtesy water bottles waiting for us. We spent some quality time at the heated swimming pool and lounged in the garden area after breakfast, which had a lot of delicious options my kids enjoyed. Just a heads up, the bed sheets could use a refresh, but that didn’t take away from our nice stay! 😊

Loved the tile floor instead of carpet, much fresher! The welcome was delightful, plus it’s a solid place for business travelers.

The A/C was having a meltdown, just like me in that heat!

Just an optimal selection for strolling around in Mexicali with fantastic value for money. The room was a cool 70 degrees despite the 112-degree heat outside. Make sure to enjoy a meal at the nice restaurant on-site.

Decent stay but some issues

We were at the hotel for 4 nights in a Deluxe Two Beds room. The location’s super convenient, close to everything, which was a big plus. We noticed some noise from neighboring rooms, and the service at the reception wasn’t great. It seemed like they were all having a tough day. The restaurant was decent, though!
